1. Gain a commendable work experience.
– Solid work experience gained (at least 12 months) in Passenger/Ro-Ro ships or in any industrial security.
2. Be travel-ready.
3. Get the required STCW trainings.
4. College Diploma
5. Security License
6. Height
– Desirable height are 5’5” for male and 5’3” for female.
7. Other requirements (preferred but not always necessary).
-US Visa
-Pleasing personality
-Knowledge of English, and other language.
